Is pre-registration required?

Pre-registration is not required, but encouraged. Capacity is limited. Pre-registered guests are guaranteed admission. Additionally, pre-registered guests receive expedited check-in and an extra ticket for the door prize raffle.

Do I need to print my ticket?

No you do not need to print your ticket. At check-in, show your ticket on your mobile device or enter your email address at one of the check-in kiosks.

What if I don't bring my ticket?

No problem. At the check-in kiosk, you should be able to access your tickets using the email address you used to pre-register for STEAMfest.

I did not receive the ticket email.

Your email provider may on occasion inappropriately classify emails from STEAMfest as spam.

Please check your Spam and Trash folders for emails from “”. Undeleting or moving from spam to your inbox will help inform your email provider that STEAMfest should be allowed to send email to your account.

Gmail is blocking STEAMfest emails, what do I do?

There are two ways to solve this problem. 

If the emails are landing in your spam folder, then right click on the message and select “Not Spam”. This will move the message back to your inbox and signal to Gmail that you would like to receive emails from STEAMfest.

If you are not receiving the emails and they are not in your spam folder, then you might need to add “” to the “Allow List” for your account. This article explains how:
